Web alarm clock for 10:03 a.m.
As you hand over the school vaccination appointment to another adult, set the 10:03 am alarm so they know exactly when to leave or check in. Share the school instructions, the child’s documents, and the name of the person meeting them before you step away. With 11:00 am approaching, the alert gives the handover a clear reference point instead of relying on a hurried message later.
Because the adult taking over may be watching for your signal, check whether your phone is in silent mode before relying on the alarm. Raise the alert volume and test that sound is audible in the room where the phone will stay. A browser alarm cannot remind anyone about the school vaccination if its page is no longer open or the phone has gone to sleep, so arrange a separate phone alarm when missing the handover would disrupt the plan.
For a late-morning trip to school, keep the child comfortable while moving between outdoor heat and strong air-conditioning. Pack a light layer that is easy to remove, and allow a little time for the body to adjust before entering a very cool room. If you are waiting outdoors near 11:00 am, choose shade and keep drinking water within reach.
