These terms govern use of this website and its time, hour, date, timer, alarm, countdown, and information pages. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not disrupt access for others. If you do not agree, do not continue using the service.

The displays are general information. They are not an official time signal, emergency alert, navigation system, attendance record, filing receipt, or guarantee that an event will occur. Device settings, network delay, browser suspension, battery limits, sound permissions, and software faults can affect what you see or hear.

Do not rely on a page as the only reminder for medicine, caregiving, examinations, court matters, immigration steps, banking cut-offs, flights, ferries, work attendance, school pickup, or any task where delay could cause harm or loss. Use appropriate official sources, resilient alarms, and independent checks.

Local schedules can change because of public holidays, local fiestas, election activity, typhoons, monsoon flooding, earthquakes, class or work suspensions, transport interruptions, and government announcements. The clock does not verify that a school, LGU office, bank, clinic, rail line, port, or road is open.

You may use the site for personal and ordinary organisational purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, bypass security, overload infrastructure, introduce malicious code, scrape in a manner that impairs service, misrepresent the site's output as an official certification, or infringe another person's rights.

Text, design, software, and other site materials may be protected by intellectual-property law. Except where law permits otherwise, access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to republish substantial portions, remove notices, create a misleading copy, or use protected material in another service.

The site may link to or depend on outside services, browsers, hosting providers, or resources. We do not control their availability, content, security, or schedules. A link is provided for convenience and does not by itself amount to endorsement. Third-party terms may apply separately.

We work to keep the service useful, but it is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that every display will be uninterrupted, perfectly accurate, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for indirect or consequential loss is excluded, and any remaining liability is limited reasonably in light of the free informational nature of the service. This limitation does not apply where prohibited or to fraud, wilful misconduct, or other liability that law requires to remain.

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or operation. We may restrict access connected with abuse. These terms may also be revised; continued use after an updated version takes effect indicates acceptance where permitted by law.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Questions about these terms may be sent through the contact page. Any dispute and governing-law question remains subject to mandatory consumer protections and the rules that lawfully apply to the parties.
