Web alarm clock for 12:05 a.m.

As you hand the task to the next person, set the alarm for 12:05 am so the water pump can be started before the scheduled power interruption. Say where the switch is, which valves should already be open, and what sound or gauge reading confirms that water is moving. With 1:00 am still ahead, the incoming person has time to check the setup instead of guessing after you leave.

Because the pump depends on a prompt that may be easy to miss, check whether the phone is in silent mode and raise the alarm volume if needed. A browser alarm also needs its page kept open and the phone awake; otherwise, the pump reminder may never sound and the handover can fail. Leave the phone close enough for the person taking over to hear it above the pump, fan, or other overnight noise.

After the pump has started, use the remaining part of the night as a buffer before the next task on the same day. Note the actual start time, confirm that the flow remains steady, and allow several minutes for the incoming person to report any problem. This keeps the 12:05 am handover from running straight into the next responsibility without room to respond.
