Web alarm clock for 4:40 p.m.

As you finish up and leave the basketball court, set the alarm for 4:40 pm so the neighbourhood practice does not run past its slot. That gives everyone a clear signal to collect the balls, check the benches, and secure the gate before 5:00 pm. It also helps you avoid lingering while players are already heading home through the afternoon traffic.

Because the court closing depends on hearing the alert, keep the phone awake and the alarm page active until it sounds. If the browser is closed or the phone goes to sleep first, the basketball court alarm may stay silent, leaving you without the cue to wrap up. Put the phone where the alert will be audible over bouncing balls and conversation, then check that its volume is suitable before the final drills begin.

For a 4:40 pm finish in the Philippine afternoon, have water available during practice, especially when the court feels warm or humid. A light merienda beforehand can be easier to fit around play than a full meal near closing time. Save heavier food for after the equipment is packed away, so eating does not interrupt the last exercise or delay locking the court.
