Web alarm clock for 5:02 p.m.

You are halfway through handing out the night procession schedule when you need to step away from the remaining copies. Set the alarm for 5:02 pm so the distribution does not swallow the rest of your afternoon. That still leaves a useful stretch before 6:00 pm to check which barangay volunteers, marshals, or church groups have received their routes and assembly times.

Your schedule handout may be interrupted if you close this browser page: the alarm will no longer sound, and a sleeping phone or laptop may also miss 5:02 pm. Keep the page open and the device awake while you finish distributing copies nearby. Turn the volume up enough to hear over conversation or street noise, then leave the alarm visible so a quick glance confirms that it is still running.

Before returning to the night procession schedule, have water and a light merienda within reach, especially if the afternoon has been warm and you are moving between groups. A banana, pandesal, or a small snack is easier to fit around the handout than a full meal. Save heavier food for after the 5:02 pm pause, when you can sit down without balancing plates against papers or delaying the next set of volunteers.
