Web alarm clock for 12:28 a.m.

You are just waking at 12:28 am, with the trip to pick up a colleague after a night shift still ahead of you. Set the alarm before settling back under the sheet, giving yourself enough time to get fully awake, check your keys, and leave without rushing. If the pickup is closer to 1:00 am, choose a ring time that also covers the drive through quieter streets.

Your colleague should not be left waiting because the alarm sounded only through earphones you forgot were connected. After setting the time, play a quick test and check whether the sound comes from the phone or laptop speakers rather than a Bluetooth headset or wired pair. Keep the volume audible from where you are resting. This browser alarm cannot alert you once its page is closed or the device goes to sleep, so use a separate phone alarm as backup for the employee pickup.

Preparing for a pickup in the middle of the night does not require staring at a bright screen. Lower the display brightness before entering 12:28 am, use your phone’s warmer night setting if available, and place the screen face down once the alarm is ready. Keep the keys and footwear nearby so you can leave with only a brief glance at the time.
